Who we are
Sip n Putt is an 18-hole mini golf course owned by Bret Shallenberger at 7420 North IH-35, New Braunfels, TX 78130. This policy covers sipnputt.com, including the contact form and the online drink and merch ordering. It explains what information we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, phone number, email address, and the message you write.
- Online orders: your name or customer number, the items you order, your hole number, and any tip.
- Automatically: standard server logs (such as your IP address, browser, and the pages requested) and, through Google Analytics, the pages you view, your device type, and your approximate location.
How we use it
- To reply to your message or request.
- To prepare and deliver your order.
- To understand how people use the site and make it better.
Who processes it
A few trusted services handle information for us:
- Cloudflare hosts the site, stores the messages sent through the contact form, and sends our emails, including the confirmation email you receive after you write to us.
- Google Analytics measures visits to the site.
- When online ordering opens, card payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not send marketing texts.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to count visits and see which pages are popular. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The site works the same either way.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages for as long as we need them to respond to you and keep our records. We delete them when you ask us to.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Email bret@sipnputt.com or call (830) 358-7118 and we will take care of it.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you are a parent and believe your child sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Alcohol orders
Beer and cocktail orders are only for guests 21 and older. You confirm your age when you order, and we check ID at delivery.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
